By giving support and technical assistance to local grassroots’ associations and networks, AZUL contributes to the growth and strength of our civil society.
In our work, we tailor the program to meet the requirements of each particular situation and organization with the objective to increase the effectiveness of the organization in terms of reaching its goals and contribute to create an environment in which it is possible to find exciting and challenging work. Through our assistance, we help in making employees align with the vision of the organization, encourage the employees to solve problems instead of avoiding them, strengthen inter-personnel trust, cooperation, and communication for the successful achievement of organizational goals, create a work atmosphere in which employees are encouraged to work and participate enthusiastically and creating an environment of trust so that employees willingly accept change.
In all our work, the human being is the central of the organization and therefore we assist them to develop their full potential.
Our approach in this area is based on a holistic, human and wide understanding of the needs of the young generation in our region. Due to the lack of quality in the formal education and the scarity of opportunities for young people in general, we are focusing in professional and personal guidance of the youth on their carrier ways. The life skill trainings center include workshops, seminars and short term courses which help them to develop their potential, grow their own ideas, establish and be prepared for further steps into the local labour market.
