Our approach in this area is based on a holistic, human and wide understanding of the needs of the young generation in our region. Due to the lack of quality in the formal education and the scarity of opportunities for young people in general, our focus is on professional and personal guidance of the young generation on their carrier ways. Our approach on life skill training include workshops, seminars and shortterm courses which help them to develop their potential, grow their own ideas, establish and be prepared for further steps into the local labour market. Depending on the context and partners, we combine the life skill training with training in entrepreneurship, work readiness, coaching and mentoring our students over a long period of time to ensure a successful professional guidance and work integration.
By giving support and technical assistance to local grassroots’ associations and networks, AZUL contributes to the growth and strength of our civil society.
